Butzbach, Germany

This nice postcard with a garden and reed roof house was sent to me from Butzbach, Germany.

Many of my pelargoniums were bred in Germany. The most recent is Graziosa Cherry Picotee an interspecific hybrid from Dümmen

Columbine

Sowed directly outdoors three years ago. These old fashioned, double spurred Columbine with leaves like shamrocks are from the
McKenzie Seeds collection. I have them growing at the base of a Syringa X hyacinthiflora.
